The New York International Fringe Festival began less than a week ago, and already my heart is broken. For schedule-related reasons, I'm not going to be able to see "The Deciders," a rock musical about the possible shortcomings of our current president and his pals, or "Becoming Britney," whose title seems self-explanatory.
